"I have been working with Patty on my Home Owners policy. And Marlene on my Auto Ins. For over seven weeks, Today my Auto issues has been resolved. My Home owners should be resolved after May 1st. Both issues are related to State Farm (Corp) in there timeliness of processing & updating my policy, Hmmm over 7 weeks, Thank you Patty & Marelen for your professional help with these issues. KW"

"I cannot Thank your Rep. America enough!!! In March, 2025 my Primary income check was late. It was pretty much last minute when I finally contacted your office, and asked if there was any way to save my account (and my financial life) by pushing out my insurance due date. I was getting late notices. My help from America started near the end of March, she spent several phone conversations with me, and with your Rep. Carly, over 20 texts, to get me a new discounted account, odometer mileage savings, and a sound due date to withstand late deposits. I was scared! But your Representative, America, nailed Everything, Every Need down, solid and secure! Hoping that Deserving One gets the credits and bonuses she deserves. Thank you for Being there! "The worst I was involved in an accident and I was treated terribly. My car been in the shop for over two months. I was dropped from State Farm. I have a good driving record with cdl license. . Adjuster was not attentive to my needs. Allow excessive estimate for my vehicle from the shop. They don’t care about the customer."

"I would suggest maybe finding a smaller office that will have the time and be willing to assist you with any issue. I feel that this office has lost control, and representatives are not in sync. They do a great job continuously calling to offer to schedule an appointment to sit down with you and review your policy and explain why you may need additional coverage, but they are not there for you if you have a concern regarding billing errors or may not be willing to follow up on certain legitimate issues. I have been with State Farm 20+ years. My original agent was great and never had an issue. Unfortunately for me, that agent retired, and my policies were transferred to this office. I always paid off my insurance in full and one day this agent reached out to me requesting an additional payment for my SUV policy and would not provide details of why the money was owed. After me explaining that my question was reasonable and I was not refusing to pay but rather requesting an explanation for the payment, the agent later the sent me an email stating that payment was due because State Farm sent me a refund check and I cashed the check. I responded to the agent explaining that I never received or cashed a check. The agent did not respond or followed up with the information that I provided or verify with State Farm who cashed the check. Later after filing a claim due to tornado damage, I was informed that my policy was cancelled. At this point everyone is looking into the issue with the check, and my agent informs me that it has been discovered that the check was never cashed, and they will send another check. It would have been helpful if my agent had followed up with State Farm when I brought this issue to their attention. In the meantime, I had no option but to pay back the money for the refund check that was never received or cashed and even after making duplicate payment, the agent calls me to inform me that the policy was not active because the payment was credited to the wrong policy. The Agent advised me not to drive the car because the policy has not yet been reinstated and the vehicle was not covered. A few days later after State Farm was able to allocate the payment to the correct policy, my policy was officially reinstated and back dated to the day after I made the payment. It appears that I was charged for the days that I was not covered and again my agent did nothing for me. I went ahead and paid for my repairs rather than continue to listen to this agent blaming State Farm for providing them with inaccurate information and State Farm blaming the agent for not following up. P.S. The refund check was later received dated after the duplicate payment was made."

I understand that you are disappointed by the decision. Our office makes multiple attempts to contact our clients. You were made aware of the situation regarding your policy. In addition, I did my due diligence as our agent to help you with whatever I could with the claims process. We wish you the best of luck with your future insurance endeavors. Franah Marino "
