"I would suggest maybe finding a smaller office that will have the time and be willing to assist you with any issue. I feel that this office has lost control, and representatives are not in sync. They do a great job continuously calling to offer to schedule an appointment to sit down with you and review your policy and explain why you may need additional coverage, but they are not there for you if you have a concern regarding billing errors or may not be willing to follow up on certain legitimate issues. I have been with State Farm 20+ years. My original agent was great and never had an issue. Unfortunately for me, that agent retired, and my policies were transferred to this office. I always paid off my insurance in full and one day this agent reached out to me requesting an additional payment for my SUV policy and would not provide details of why the money was owed. After me explaining that my question was reasonable and I was not refusing to pay but rather requesting an explanation for the payment, the agent later the sent me an email stating that payment was due because State Farm sent me a refund check and I cashed the check. I responded to the agent explaining that I never received or cashed a check. The agent did not respond or followed up with the information that I provided or verify with State Farm who cashed the check. Later after filing a claim due to tornado damage, I was informed that my policy was cancelled. At this point everyone is looking into the issue with the check, and my agent informs me that it has been discovered that the check was never cashed, and they will send another check. It would have been helpful if my agent had followed up with State Farm when I brought this issue to their attention. In the meantime, I had no option but to pay back the money for the refund check that was never received or cashed and even after making duplicate payment, the agent calls me to inform me that the policy was not active because the payment was credited to the wrong policy. The Agent advised me not to drive the car because the policy has not yet been reinstated and the vehicle was not covered. A few days later after State Farm was able to allocate the payment to the correct policy, my policy was officially reinstated and back dated to the day after I made the payment. It appears that I was charged for the days that I was not covered and again my agent did nothing for me. I went ahead and paid for my repairs rather than continue to listen to this agent blaming State Farm for providing them with inaccurate information and State Farm blaming the agent for not following up. P.S. The refund check was later received dated after the duplicate payment was made."

"I do not recommend this company to no one. This company had put on my policy a car discount for second car which I have never had. When I asked who did this the person responded they did not know who did it. Every month my premium would be different Amts. Everyone please be very careful."

That discount made your premium go down to $39.26 for the month of January when it actually should have been $92.95 as you usually pay. "Dealing with this Insurance company has been frustrating, primarily due to their consistently poor customer service. Representatives are never on the same page, and they lack the ability to hold themselves accountable. Resolving issues becomes an ordeal, you will always get the runaround making the overall experience highly unsatisfactory. I advise looking elsewhere for insurance providers that value customer relationships. I have been a customer for well over 10 years but I am treated as if my business means nothing. I do however want to acknowledge Latoya and Geidy as they were as respectful and as helpful as they could have been considering the circumstances."
