"Horrible customer service! From the time you walk in and have to deal with Marlene who doesn't listen to a word you say, does what she wants and ALWAYS has an attitude! This agent/office does not communicate within their own staff, and it's worse with customers! The only person I have found to be genuinely helpful is Thatcher! He's very attentive, listens to the customer and really puts the effort in to resolve issues. It is only because of him that I gave 2 stars! I came in to switch agents as I am moving from Pembroke Pines. I saw Mrs Marino, she asked how I was? I said not good, nobody communicates in her office and I can never get a call back from her to discuss these issues. Her response was to drop a paper off at Marlene's desk, and walk away! BE CAREFUL WHEN CHOOSING AN AGENT! I stayed with them for years out of convenience and that's the treatment I received in return!"
